It was one of those busy days.. I worked all day and my mum (she is a translator from German language) had a deadline so by the moment I picked up my son from daycare and came home we all were starving and cooking was the last thing we wanted to do J
Even when I`m super hungry I won`t go to the nearest fast food chain or snack on something unhealthy. I still want my dinner to be nutritious, satisfying and delicious.
And just for evenings like that I always have a couple of frozen meals in my freezer. Just in case.
Tonight we had meals from three differents `menus' by Weight Watchers.
Leon had a Mango Coconut Chicken from the Gourmet Menu (and ate it BY HIMSELF, which doesn`t happen often, we still have to feed our 4 year old baby).
Mum had Chicken & Vegetable Risotto from the Classic Menu and I opted for Honey Soy Noodles from the Light Menu, which was packed full of vegetables, perfect!
I must admit I don`t do it often as I still prefer cooking fresh meals, but these frozen meals from Weight Watchers tasted so delicious, so I`m heading to the supermarket soon to stock up on more yummy healthy dinners.
