Upper body training

Upper body circuit 

1. TRX armwalks 10 reps
2. Fitball single leg curl 30 reps (15 on each side)
3. Lateral jumps in plank 30 reps (15 on each side) 
4. Alternating jump burpees 15 reps
5. Walking plank 30 reps (15 on each side)
Complete the circuit 4 times ☆
