1. Kettlebell body circles 30 reps   - 15 clockwise/15 anticlockwise 10KG
2. Figure 8 15 reps 10KG
3. Kettlebell swings 20 reps 10KG
4. Tricep press 20 reps 6KG
5. Sumo squats 20reps 10KG 

Repeat the circuit 4 times
