Full body circuit video


1 Bulgarian split squat 30 reps (15 each leg) with plates 5kg each
2 Lateral jumps in plank into dumbbell press 15reps (dumbbells 4kg each)
3 Weighted glute kickbacks (ankle weights 2.5kg)
4 Squat press and drop 15reps (10kg kettlebell)
5 Plank and press 30reps (15 on each side) 6kg kettlebell

Repeat the circuit 4 times
