Booty workout


This booty workout from Women`s Fitness magazine consists of 8 exercises. Apart from those 5 you can see in this vid, there were weighted glute bridge, kettlebell swing and weighted squat! I did 3 sets of 20 reps each exercise. Enjoy :-)
