kettlebell full body circuit


1 Deadlift into upright row 20reps
2 Squat into alternating single arm swing 20reps
3 Squat single arm press 20 (10 reps on each arm)
4 Glute bridge 30reps
5 Alternating curtsy lunges 20reps
6 Plank hold 2mins

Repeat 4 times
