Raw nutella

Hands up if you love nutella :) I`m not a fan, but my man used to love it. And when I`ve bought a huge packet of hazelnuts for homemade chocolate bars, felt an urge to get a little bit more creative and make raw healthy version of nutella :-) Didn`t search for the recipe, have just soaked the hazelnuts and started throwing into the blender different ingredients that I thought would compliment each other and come into a perfect rich mousse.

You will need
2 cups hazelnuts soaked overnight and drained (was too lazy to blanch them, so used with skin on)
1 cup pitted dates
1 cup hazelnut milk (I used the water hazelnuts were soaked in)
1/2 cup low fat coconut milk
1 small ripe avocado
vanilla bean paste
3 tbs cacao powder
2 tbs carob powder
1 tbs cacao nibs
3 tbs espresso (coffee)

Put all the ingredients in a blender, give them a good blitz (it took me about 20 mins with my ninja megakitchen blender)

Served with fresh berries, bee pollen, cacao nibs and homemade chocolate heart (recipe of my homemade chocolates was in instagram, check out #foodbydasha)

Здоровая версия Нутеллы

2 чашки лесных орехов, замоченных на ночь и просушенных
чашка фиников
чашка орехового молока (я использовала воду от лесных орехов)
0.5 чашки кокосового молока
небольшой спелый авокадо
ваниль
3 ст.л какао
2 ст.л кэроба
1 ст.л дробленых какао бобов
3 ст.л эспрессо

Всё очень тщательно измельчить в блендере в крем!
